OCD

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a complex and often misunderstood mental health condition that can significantly impact daily life, relationships, and overall well-being. OCD is more than just a desire for cleanliness or order. It involves a cycle of obsessions and compulsions that can interfere with daily functioning. Obsessions are unwanted, intrusive thoughts, images, or urges (obsessions) that cause significant anxiety, while compulsions are behaviors or mental acts performed to reduce that anxiety. OCD can create cycles of anxiety and distress. At LEAP, we offer specialized, evidence-based treatment for OCD tailored to children, adolescents, and adults. Our team of therapists, coaches, and mental health professionals work collaboratively to create individualized treatment plans that promote lasting change and relief from OCD symptoms.
