• Insurance participation may vary by provider and specific insurance plan, particularly for clinicians who have recently joined our team.
• Our team will verify your insurance benefits and confirm your provider’s participation before your first appointment.
• Coaches, educational advocates, and interns are not eligible to bill insurance. These services may be private pay or under our LEAP assistance program.
