Some of the evidence-based approaches that our providers utilize are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family-Based Therapy (FBT), Nutritional Counseling (in partnership with registered dietitians), Mindfulness and Stress Reduction, and Body Image Work.
