This six-week virtual support group is designed for teens in the LGBTQ+ community who are seeking connection, validation, and tools for navigating life’s challenges. Whether you’re exploring your identity, facing school or family stress, or just want to meet others who get it, this group offers a supportive environment led by a therapist who truly understands.

With a deep commitment to affirming care, Alyssa specializes in working with LGBTQIA+ teens and families. She brings training in trauma-informed care, DBT, ACT, and offers a warm, collaborative space for healing and growth.
