Licensed Professional Counselor Associate

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families across school, home, and clinical settings. As a therapist, I work with children, teens, and young adults, with a focus on helping clients move toward what matters not just in the therapy room, but in their daily lives.

I specialize in working with school-aged children and believe strongly in integrating parents as part of the therapeutic process, especially when working with younger clients. I also support individuals in their late twenties and early thirties who are navigating major life transitions, including anxiety related to identity, relationships, career changes, and parenting.

My approach is rooted in third-wave behavioral therapies, particularly Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions to help clients build insight, flexibility, and sustainable coping strategies. I emphasize the importance of generalizing the skills developed in therapy into meaningful action outside of sessions.

Above all, I strive to offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore challenges, clarify values, and take steps toward growth.
