Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Hi, I’m Eric. I’m a therapist, a husband, a cat dad, and a human being who believes deeply in the power of slowing down and getting honest about what’s really going on beneath the surface. I know how heavy life can feel when you’ve been carrying too much for too long and I don’t believe you need to carry it alone. You don’t need to be fixed, you need space to be seen. My work is grounded in the belief that so much of our pain comes not from what’s “wrong” with us, but from what’s happened to us and how we’ve had to adapt in order to survive. My practice is deeply systemic and rooted specifically in models like Internal Family Systems and Compassionate Inquiry. I focus on the nervous system, early attachment experiences, and the protective parts of us that show up when we’ve had to survive things we didn’t get to process. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, relationship stress, and the sense of feeling disconnected from themselves or others. I specialize in working with adults, late teens, couples, families, and fellow helpers—therapists, educators, creatives, and caregivers who are ready to move beyond coping and into real healing. In couples and family work, I help people move beneath the surface of conflict and into the emotional patterns underneath building trust, communication, and connection in ways that feel grounded and honest. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just unsure where to begin I’ll meet you there. This work isn’t about performance or perfection; it’s about coming home to yourself, piece by piece. I bring a laid-back, real-world style to sessions. No psychobabble, no quick fixes, just grounded presence, honest conversation, and the belief that healing is possible.
