The Art of Adult Friendship (Women 40+)
Finding and building friendships as an adult can feel overwhelming, especially during times of transition or isolation. This in-person group offers women 40 and older a warm, welcoming space to connect authentically and strengthen meaningful relationships.
- Through guided activities and supportive discussion, participants will:
- Build confidence in starting and sustaining new friendships
- Explore ways to deepen social connections
- Learn strategies for overcoming barriers to connection
- Practice healthy communication and trust-building
- Reduce feelings of isolation while fostering community
Each session will be facilitated by a LEAP professional who provides structure, encouragement, and support to help participants create authentic connections while developing practical tools to carry into everyday life.
Whether you are navigating a life change, seeking deeper connections, or simply looking to strengthen your support system, this group provides a safe, supportive environment to grow and connect.
