Hi, I’m Lilli Zepf, and I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Endicott College, where I developed a strong foundation in understanding behavior and supporting individual growth.

At LEAP, I’m excited to apply evidence-based practices to help children build meaningful skills and achieve their goals. My approach focuses on creating a supportive, compassionate environment where each client feels empowered to learn and succeed.

I’m passionate about the science of behavior and the positive change it can bring to people’s lives. My goal is to continue growing as a clinician and to make a lasting impact through thoughtful, individualized care.

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, cooking, reading, and finding creative ways to connect psychology and everyday life.

I’m thrilled to be part of the LEAP team and look forward to supporting clients on their journeys toward greater independence and confidence.
