About Us
Co-founders Amanda Coretto and Taylor Brinker have been lifelong friends since elementary school and have grown into dedicated clinicians and mothers. Amanda is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a deep commitment to mental health. Taylor is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who specializes in autism and neurodiversity-affirming care.
Over the years, they saw how often their clinical work intersected and how fragmented the system can feel for families trying to navigate support. So they built something different. Together, they founded LEAP to offer a comprehensive, collaborative approach to mental and behavioral health, one that adapts to the evolving needs of individuals and families across the lifespan.
Our Mission
At LEAP – Lifelong Empowerment ABA & Psychotherapy, our mission is simple: to provide individualized, compassionate care that supports clients and families through every chapter of life. As both clinicians and mothers, we know how overwhelming it can be to navigate systems alone, whether that’s finding the right therapist, understanding a school’s special education process, or balancing care across multiple needs. LEAP offers options for both telehealth and in-person therapies and clients are serviced by specialized clinicians in their fields. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care. Everything we do is rooted in partnership with clients, caregivers, and other professionals to create tailored support that actually fits your life. We welcome feedback and are constantly evolving to meet the real needs of our community. LEAP is distinguished from other behavioral health providers because we provide services that fit every individual’s needs, creating convenience and collaboration among families and providers. Whether you’re reaching out for the first time or returning for the next stage of your journey, LEAP is here to walk alongside you.
