About the Group
Growing Together with Autism is a supportive, skills based group created specifically for siblings of children with autism. Siblings often carry big emotions, questions, and responsibilities that can go unnoticed. This group provides a safe, inclusive space for participants to connect with peers, explore their feelings, and build practical coping strategies.
Through guided discussion and structured activities, siblings are supported in developing emotional awareness, communication skills, and resilience while feeling seen, heard, and understood by others who share similar experiences.
