Hi, I’m Rebecca, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate specializing in the early childhood years. You might be watching your young child struggle with impulsivity, aggression, or the aftermath of a traumatic experience. Maybe you feel like you have hit endless roadblocks and run out of answers. You love your child fiercely, but constantly navigating these big behaviors is exhausting.

Therapy with me involves noticing what your child is trying to communicate with their behaviors, rather than viewing those behaviors as the whole problem. I honor your child’s natural language of play by using the evidence-based model of Child-Centered Play Therapy. Whether I see your child individually or you join us in the playroom, our work will prioritize secure attachment and trauma-informed care to provide a safe space to grow. Throughout this process, we will function as a team to soothe your child’s nervous system and strengthen your unique bond.

My background in early childhood education and my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy enable me to support clients with a deep understanding of developmental stages and complex family dynamics. In my personal time, I enjoy spoiling my Labrador Retriever, reading, and taking frequent walks in nature.
