Dominika Staszko
Family Court & Co-Parenting Specialist
When co-parenting conflict begins affecting your children, your peace of mind, or your ability to move forward, having the right support can make all the difference.
Dominika Staszko specializes in helping parents navigate high-conflict co-parenting relationships, parenting disputes, and court-involved family matters. Whether communication has completely broken down, disagreements continue long after separation, or you are struggling to establish healthy boundaries, Dominika provides structured, practical guidance designed to reduce conflict and keep the focus where it belongs: on the children.
Dominika’s extensive professional background sets her apart. She is a former Special Education Teacher, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and Mental Health Therapist who has provided support to individuals, couples, children, and families. This combination of experience allows her to understand family conflict from multiple perspectives—including child development, behavioral needs, emotional well-being, parenting dynamics, and the ways ongoing conflict can affect children at home and in school.
She works with parents involved in mediation, divorce, custody disputes, parenting-plan development, and other complex family situations. Her services include improving co-parenting communication, developing realistic parenting plans, preparing parents for productive discussions, reducing ongoing conflict, and helping families create sustainable solutions outside of repeated courtroom battles whenever possible.
Dominika also works collaboratively with attorneys, Guardians ad Litem (GALs), therapists, schools, and other professionals involved in family matters. Her professional experience allows her to communicate effectively across educational, behavioral-health, mental-health, and legal settings. She understands that high-conflict cases often require coordination among multiple parties and helps families navigate these relationships in an organized, child-centered manner.
Families frequently seek Dominika’s support when communication has become hostile, parenting schedules are a constant source of conflict, boundaries are unclear, or repeated disagreements are creating unnecessary stress for both parents and children. Her approach focuses on de-escalating conflict, improving accountability, creating structure, and helping parents make decisions that support their children’s long-term well-being.
With professional experience spanning special education, behavior modification, mental health, and family support, Dominika offers more than general advice. She brings a well-rounded understanding of how children think, communicate, behave, and respond to conflict—as well as how parents can create healthier and more stable family environments. Her guidance is direct, practical, and tailored to the unique needs of each family.
Dominika believes that while parents may not always agree, they can develop healthier ways to communicate, resolve conflict, and create greater stability for their children. Her goal is to help parents move beyond repeated cycles of conflict and establish clear, sustainable strategies that protect their children’s emotional well-being.
If you are looking for experienced support with a high-conflict co-parenting relationship, court-related parenting concerns, or parenting-plan challenges, Dominika provides knowledgeable, practical guidance to help your family move forward with greater clarity, structure, and confidence.
