
Guided Meditations (Adults 18+)

LEAP is offering a biweekly Guided Meditation group designed especially for beginners who want to learn how to meditate in a supportive, instructor-led environment. Each session provides time to reflect on breath, body, and feelings while gently building a personal meditation practice. Participants will leave with tools they can use to bring more calm and awareness into daily life.
Who This Group is For:
Adults (18+) who want to:
- Learn meditation techniques with the guidance of an instructor
- Develop comfort and confidence in beginning a meditation practice
- Reflect on body awareness, breathing, and emotional states
- Explore mindfulness as a tool for stress relief and self-discovery
Skills & Topics We Cover:
- Foundations of meditation for beginners
- Breathing and body awareness practices
- Reflective techniques before and after meditation
- Building mindfulness habits for everyday life
Group Details:
- Group Size: Small and supportive (max 8–10 participants)
- Duration: Biweekly sessions
- Schedule: Saturdays, 10:00–11:00 AM (starting in December)
- Cost: $35 per session (self-pay only).
