Guided Meditations (Adults 18+)

LEAP is offering a biweekly Guided Meditation group designed especially for beginners who want to learn how to meditate in a supportive, instructor-led environment. Each session provides time to reflect on breath, body, and feelings while gently building a personal meditation practice. Participants will leave with tools they can use to bring more calm and awareness into daily life.

Who This Group is For:
Adults (18+) who want to:

  • Learn meditation techniques with the guidance of an instructor
  • Develop comfort and confidence in beginning a meditation practice
  • Reflect on body awareness, breathing, and emotional states
  • Explore mindfulness as a tool for stress relief and self-discovery

Group Details:

  • Group Size: Small and supportive (max 8–10 participants)
  • Duration: Biweekly sessions
  • Schedule: Saturdays, 10:00–11:00 AM (starting in December)
  • Cost: $35 per session (self-pay only).
