Hayden Utley

Hello, my name is Hayden Utley, a Licensed Professional Counselor – Associate (LPC-A) with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Springfield College. I have extensive experience working with young adults navigating life’s challenges, while also having
experience with children and adults under the neurodivergence umbrella.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that counseling should be a safe space to show your authentic colors, even the ones we may want to hide away. Building trust, creating a comforting space, while including in the small moments of attention and validation that we all
deserve. I aim to listen without judgment and allow people no matter their age to feel safe to be themselves. Therapy is a journey, not a race.

Outside of my clinical work, I love to play video games, enjoy cooking & baking, finding new coffee shops, being around my dog and value spending time with ones close to me.
