These approaches are especially supportive for individuals experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, trauma responses, or difficulty staying present in day-to-day life.
At LEAP, our mindfulness offerings go beyond simply “relaxing” or “clearing your mind.” We focus on practical, sustainable skills that help clients understand their emotional patterns, listen to their bodies, and develop tools they can use outside of the session. These practices may include guided meditation, breathwork, Reiki, somatic grounding, or mindful awareness techniques.

Every client builds coping skills differently. Our care coordination team matches each person with the provider who best aligns with their needs, preferences, and comfort level. Some clients prefer structured mindfulness techniques. Others benefit from energy-based practices that support emotional release and nervous system reset. Many choose both.
Our providers integrate mindfulness and healing work directly into therapy or coaching sessions when appropriate, or as standalone healing sessions.
