Mindfulness & Breathwork (Adults 18+)

LEAP is excited to offer a six-week group designed to help adults slow down, connect with themselves, and build everyday coping skills. This group will introduce practical breathing and mindfulness techniques that reduce stress, improve focus, and create more calm in daily life.

Who This Group is For:
Adults (18+) who want to:

  • Learn simple, effective breathing techniques for stress, anxiety, and focus
  • Build mindfulness skills to stay grounded in daily life
  • Explore ways to find more peace, balance, and joy
  • Connect with others in a supportive environment

  • Breathing practices tailored to different emotions
  • Mindful coping strategies for anxiety and stress
  • Techniques for finding joy in small, everyday moments
  • Tools for building long-term resilience and calm

Group Details:

  • Group Size: Small and supportive (max 8–10 participants)
  • Duration: 6-week session
  • Schedule: Wednesdays, 5:00–6:00 PM (starting in October)
  • Cost: $35 per session (self-pay only).
