Sarah Kipperman
Advocate
Hi, I’m Sarah Kipperman, an Educational Advocate specializing in supporting families navigating special education services, IEPs, and 504 plans. I help parents understand their rights, collaborate with schools, and secure the services their children need to thrive.
With over 20 years of experience in education, including early childhood, special education, and instructional coaching, I bring a deep understanding of both classroom dynamics and state regulations. I’ve supported families through complex evaluations, eligibility meetings, and transition planning, always centering the child’s strengths and unique needs.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in advocacy. I aim to empower families with knowledge and confidence while fostering productive relationships with school teams. Whether you’re just starting the IEP process or seeking support for an existing plan, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
I hold a certification in educational consulting and a Bachelor’s in Early Education, with a focus in atypical pediatric development. As a parent of two children with special needs, I’m passionate about helping families access equitable educational opportunities.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, baking, and time spent with my sons. I believe every child deserves a champion, and I’m honored to be that person for the families I work with.
I look forward to supporting you and your child. Contact our care team today to begin your advocacy journey.
